Refunds

Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE, unless requested within 3 business days of signing registration agreement.
Refund policy for Tuition fee is as follows:
Withdrawal up to 5% or less of class schedule completed is eligible for refund of 95% of tuition paid.
Withdrawal after 5%, up to 10% of class schedule completed is eligible for refund of 90% of tuition paid.
Withdrawal after 10%, up to 25% of class schedule completed is eligible for refund of 75% of tuition paid.
Withdrawal after 25%, up to 50% of class schedule completed is eligible for refund of 50% of tuition paid.
Withdrawal after 50% of class schedule completed is not eligible for refund.

Rescheduling

Once you have registered for a class date, if you wish to change to a different class date you must make request in writing (delivered to office) or by email.

For Rescheduling written request received at least 6 business days prior to class start date, the student will be allowed to apply their $100 Application fee to the new class.  New class date must begin within 6 months of original class date.  After 6 month deadline, student would be required to pay $100 Application fee again in order to register for class. If student has paid any or the entire class tuition fee, they may choose to receive refund of tuition paid or leave as a credit toward new class.

For Rescheduling written request received less than 6 business days prior to class start date, the student will be required to pay additional $100 application fee and to pay class tuition in full for registration in future class.   If student has paid any or the entire class tuition fee, they may choose to receive refund of tuition paid, per our refund policy or leave as a credit toward new class.

The official reschedule request date will be the date the written notice was received.

No Shows

If Student does not show up for first day of class for which they registered,  the student will be required to pay additional $100 application fee and to pay class tuition in full for registration in future class.   If student has paid any or the entire class tuition fee, they may choose to receive refund of tuition paid, per our refund policy or leave as a credit toward new class.

Withdrawals

If student withdraws after beginning class, the student will be required to pay additional $100 application fee and to pay class tuition in full for registration in future class.   If student has paid any or the entire class tuition fee, they may choose to receive refund of tuition paid, per our refund policy or leave as a credit toward new class.   (Student must repeat entire class, unless exception is granted by Director, Amy Vickery.)

Any student who is absent from class 3 days in a row will be automatically be withdrawn and withdrawal policy will apply.

The official withdrawal request date will be the date the written notice was received.
