Within a few days after completing your training class, you will receive an email with information on accessing your eCard online. If you don’t see it, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

From the email, you will click on a hyperlink to view your eCard. This hyperlink will direct you to the Student Profile webpage. On the Student Profile page, you can confirm or edit your contact information; set up a security question and answer that will be used to access your individual eCard Profile in the future; and agree to the AHA’s standard Terms of Use.

You will then be asked to complete a brief six-question survey about your class experience.

Once the student survey has been completed, you will see your individual eCard. You can print either a full page size certificate or a wallet size one.

Be sure to save your pass word and ID information, so you can access you certification at any time.
